YOUTH VOLUNTEER COMMITTEES (YVCs)
IDRF’s Youth Volunteer Committees are primarily made up of high school, college, and university students as well as new graduates and young professionals. IDRF offers youth valuable career experience in the non-profit sector. Volunteers can choose to work on various projects, some of which include writing articles and graphically designing publications, planning and executing events, conducting research for the projects department, developing educational resources, and building IDRF’s online social networking profile.
Volunteers are asked to make a three month commitment. We ask that volunteers come into the office on a weekly basis to work on their assigned projects.
If you are interesting in joining one of the following YVCs, fill out a volunteer questionnaire and get in touch with us!
